What type of contract will I sign?
You will sign an Umowa Zlecenia (civil-law service contract) with Onefleet Partner.
Do I earn more if I am a student?
Yes. If you are a student under 26 years old, you may benefit from applicable tax and social security exemptions, which means your net earnings can be higher. This depends on your individual status and whether you meet the legal requirements.
Do I need to visit the Onefleet Partner office to sign my contract?
No. You can complete the process 100% online. Your contract can be signed electronically through our online system, so there is no need to visit our office.
How long does it take to activate my courier account?
Once you have signed your contract, provided all required documents, and all necessary registrations have been completed, your application can usually be activated within 48 hours.
I don't have my own bike. Can I still work?
Yes! 🚲 You can rent or borrow a bike or another available means of transport from Onefleet Partner. Contact our team to check current availability and rental conditions.
Can I complete the entire registration process online?
Yes. Registration, document submission, and contract signing can all be completed online. You can start the onboarding process without visiting our office.
Who will pay my earnings?
Your earnings will be settled and transferred to you by Onefleet Partner, according to your selected payout schedule.
